Each Mystery Box contains a Sports Memorabilia and each Mystery Box comes from a limited series of boxes.
The series provides information about the exact contents of the Mystery Boxes. Series are not only assigned to a specific sport or an exact topic, but also to an exact type of object. So you know in advance whether you will receive, for example, a football helmet, a basketball, a jersey, or whatever the series may have in store. Just have a look at the respective item description of the series.
What you do not know is which object it will exactly be and, above all, which star the object was signed by.
But what makes a mystery box so extraordinary?

Yes. We specialize in shipping quickly and reliably to all EU countries, as well as Great Britain, Switzerland and a few others. Other countries are possible on request. Are there any customs duties or fees if I order from another country?
There are no customs duties or import fees on signed merchandise within the EU. For shipments outside the EU, you must inform yourself in advance about the conditions in the respective country. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on this.
How do I know that the autographs on the sports memorabilia are real?
Memorabilia Germany only offers items that have been verified by the market-leading companies for authentication and come with their security features and documents. Almost all objects have a serial number. You can find detailed information about the authentication here.
I want to buy a Mystery Box, but the series is sold out. When can I order again?
Our Mystery Box series are each limited to a certain number of pieces. If a series is sold out, no further copies are planned. But there is also good news. We are constantly working on putting together beautiful Mystery Box series and the next series will certainly not be long in coming!
The item I'm looking for is sold out, when can I order again?
That depends on the individual case. Many Sports Memorabilia are absolutely unique, for others we can get replacements in a timely manner. Just keep your eyes peeled, or send us an email to inquire. We look forward to your messages.
Can I use sports memorabilia for sport?
No. Sports memorabilia are exclusively collector’s items that are not suitable for sports. Signed merchandise for fans, not for athletes. A corresponding safety notice is always on the items.
My autograph is not listed in the authenticator's database. What should I do?
In exceptional cases, the authentication results may not yet have been recorded digitally by the authenticator. You are welcome to write an email to the authenticator yourself or inform us. We will then take care of the update, which usually takes about 1-2 weeks.
What does Authentic, Replica or Custom mean?
The terms differentiate the constitution of signed sports memorabilia. They refer to jerseys or helmets. Here’s an overview:
Jerseys
Custom Jersey:
- Affordable jersey version for collectors
- A jersey without brand or club logos; not licensed by a club or a league
- Ideal for framing or collecting
- The jersey is kept in the athlete’s club colors and shows his name and jersey number
- The autograph is of course verified
Authentic Jersey:
- Officially licensed jersey with club logos and trademarks (e.g. Nike or adidas)
- High quality. Names, numbers, league logos (NFL, NBA etc) and patches are sewn on
- Highly priced: jerseys cost € 150 and more without autographs.
Replica Jersey:
- Officially licensed jerseys with club logos and trademarks (e.g. Nike or adidas)
- “Replica” does not mean “fake”
- Replica of an “Authentic Jersey” at a lower price
- Difference to “Authentic Jerseys”: not made for use in the game but for fans off the pitch
- Slightly lower quality; for example, numbers and names are printed instead of sewn on (unsigned they are the most sold version in usual common sports shops)

Replica Helmet:
- Licensed helmet from the original supplier (Riddell or Schutt)
- “Replica” does not mean “fake”
- Club logos are on the helmet
- Beautiful design variants for collectors (Eclipse, Lunar, AMP, Matte etc)
- Condition not suitable for wearing (observe warnings on helmet)!
Authentic Helmet:
- Licensed helmet from the original supplier (Riddell or Schutt)
- Original clone of the helmets that are used in the game; highly detailed
- highest and massive quality (including leather inlets and massive protectors)
