• Artist Info: Dan Panosian is a successful comic artist and Hollywood movie equipment designer, best known in the comic world for his work for Image Comics and MARVEL. At the age of 14, MARVEL noticed his special abilities and hired Panosian for some work. After a few years, the famous Walt Simonson, celebrated and highly awarded for his Thor comics in the 80’s, discovered Panosian’s talents and sponsored his career at MARVEL. Panosian was allowed to work on series like Captain America, Spiderman, Thor or X-Men and “his” comic books soon sold millions of copies.
  In addition to his comic illustrations, Dan Panosian designs film props for Hollywood films. He for example designed “fake” comics that can be seen in the Wolverine film “Logan”. Background is that MARVEL has not given the film production permission to show real comic books in the movie.
