• Artist Info: Since May 2023 Jim Lee is President of DC Comics. He also serves as publisher and chief creative officer at DC. His career in comics began at MARVEL in the late ’80s, where he met “X-Men creator” Chris Claremont. Their joint works are considered milestones in comic history. The first X-Men book that Lee drew and co-wrote is still considered the best-selling comic book of all times. In 1992, Lee founded the equally famous comic book publishing house Image Comics. At the end of the 90s he switched to DC, where over the years he created brilliant works with the most famous comic artists in the world, such as Frank Miller and Dan DiDio. Over the years, Jim Lee has received various awards, including the famous Inkpot Award and various Wizard Fan Awards, which were presented by Wizard Magazine, which unfortunately no longer exists.
