Unopened pack of NBA Trading Cards, original from 1994. Legends like David Robinson, Hakeem Olajuwon or Michael Jordan played in the NBA and the Houston Rockets beat the Orlando Magic in the NBA Finals at the end of the season. The Rockets were the lowest-seeded team to ever win the Finals, ranking number 6. The 1994 season also had many other memorable moments. The Celtics played their final game at the legendary “Boston Garden” while the Bulls moved to the today well-known “United Center”. Late in the season, Michael Jordan returned to the Bulls after venturing into the baseball world. His statement: “I’m back” – no more words needed. Since the Bulls had already retired number 23, Jordan initially wore number 45 on his jersey, but then reverted to number 23 during the playoffs. For more information see below.
